Gap: Whether and How to Apply Adaptive Management to Avian/Wind Interaction
In general the participants agreed that a High Priority would be to clarify what adaptive management is, explore how adaptive management could be applied to avian/wind interaction, and then decide whether and/or how it could be pursued.
