The October NWCC Transmission Update featured Mason Emnet who discussed FERC's recently held Technical Conferences to evaluate the effectiveness of Order 890 and Ashely Brown of Harvard University who has co-authored a paper that closely examines paradigm shifts for transmissions siting.
