Speakers
We are pleased to announce the following speakers will present General Sessions at this year's conference.
Kevin Rabinovitch - Global Sustainability Director, Mars Incorporated
Mr. Rabinovitch develops and executes strategies and initiatives relating to all aspects of sustainability for Mars North America's full supply chain and renewable energy projects. As the overall commitment to sustainability continues to grow, corporate leaders look for more ways to reduce waste, improve efficiency and invest in green energy. Mr. Rabinovitch is one such leader in this effort for Mars. The company started its "Sustainable in a Generation" program that targets reduction of fossil-fuel energy, greenhouse gas emissions and water use by 25 percent by 2015. The dedication by Mars to sustainable business practices can be seen in the construction of its new $250 million M&M and Snickers production plant in Kansas, as well as in how the company operates its other facilities around the world.

John Graham - President & CEO, BP Wind Energy
As President and CEO of BP Wind Energy, Mr. Graham is responsible for wind and solar power development activities, including the company's $3 billion Flat Ridge 2 project currently under construction in south central Kansas. Flat Ridge 2 will be the largest wind farm in Kansas, once completed, and will generate 419 MW of energy, enough to power approximately 130,000 average homes. Mr. Graham, as a key leader for one of the world's largest energy companies, has a diverse energy background and offers a unique perspective on the worldwide global energy picture. He will share his insights into balancing and integrating investments in renewable energy with more traditional energy sources.
