This dialogue was organized in collaboration with the American Wind Energy Association, DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, National Hydropower Association, Midwest Governors’ Association and others and provided participants with the opportunity to review current federal, regional, and state transmission policy. The forum’s intent was to engage a smaller (40-60), participant audience in a focused dialogue about inter and intra-regional opportunities and challenges to integrate renewables on to the grid.
